Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Handling (Call & Message):

  • ইনবক্সে আসা মেসেজের দ্রুত রিপ্লাই দেওয়া
  • ফোন কল রিসিভ করে কাস্টমারকে প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে বোঝানো
  • কাস্টমারের প্রশ্নের সঠিক ও ভদ্রভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া

Order Management:

  • কাস্টমারের অর্ডার নেওয়া ও কনফার্ম করা
  • অর্ডারের তথ্য (নাম, ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর) সঠিকভাবে লিপিবদ্ধ করা
  • ডেলিভারি টিম/কুরিয়ারের সাথে অর্ডার সমন্বয় করা

Page Moderation:

  • Facebook/Website কমেন্ট মনিটর করা
  • অপ্রাসঙ্গিক বা স্প্যাম কমেন্ট হ্যান্ডেল করা
  • কাস্টমারদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা

Sales Support:

  • কাস্টমারকে কনভিন্স করে সেলস বাড়ানো
  • অফার ও প্রোমোশন সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারকে জানানো
  • ফলোআপ করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা

Record Keeping:

  • প্রতিদিনের অর্ডার ও সেলস রিপোর্ট রাখা
  • কাস্টমার ডাটাবেজ আপডেট করা
