Responsibilities & Context: 

Gadget & Gear is an Apple Authorized and multi-brand reseller offering official smartphones, gadgets, and accessories in Bangladesh. Established in 2011, we now have 22 premium outlets across Dhaka, Chattogram, and Sylhet, along with a fully functional e-commerce site for a hassle-free shopping experience.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced marketing leader to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.

  • Lead and manage a team of 100+ professionals across marketing, sales, SEO, eCommerce, and customer care.
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive revenue, sales forecasting, and pricing optimization.
  • Oversee outlet and POS marketing, ensuring brand-consistent merchandising and enhanced customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with banks, vendors, and global brands to support strategic growth.
  • Drive digital, creative, and branding initiatives to position Gadget & Gear as a premium retailer.
  • Optimize marketing budgets and report key performance metrics directly to the CEO.
  • Align marketing strategies with company goals while staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Manage Apple operations in Bangladesh, ensuring compliance and brand alignment.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and excellence within the marketing department.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience:

  • 6 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, E-commerce, Retail Store
