Responsibilities & Context:
- To report to the office on time, as specified by the management, and remain in the job/ office for up to a limited time
- To attain and constantly update product knowledge across all study areas and levels in various universities around the world
- To ensure necessary administrative and logistical support to the concerned team
- To perform day-to-day administration of concern activities and facilitate the exchange of information between related stakeholders
- To manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities and operations of the administrative division within an assigned department
- To perform various purchasing functions; review and prepare bid packages for equipment or supplies; oversee the approval of all departmental purchase orders with the company’s existing financial and procurement policy (may include purchasing, day-to-day logistic work, and staff personnel files and documents maintained)
- To monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; recommend, within organizational policy, appropriate service and staffing levels
- To maintain manual file systems, diaries, and appointment systems, scheduling
- To produce a range of documents, including letters/ emails and presentations, to a good standard by the required deadline
- To serve as the liaison for the assigned department with other divisions, departments, and outside agencies; negotiate and resolve sensitive and controversial issues.
- To attend different meetings/ events when needed, observation of separate fair and program-related workshops
- To prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship, deliver)
- To receive and process inventory products (pick, unload, label, store)
- To maintain a safe and clean working area
- To assist in preparing the necessary documents (visa & admission) correctly
- To assist in creating and updating the national and international clients/ stakeholders contact lists (telephone, mobile, email, and address lists)
- To book and confirm travel tickets, hotel reservations for staff/ visitors, and provide pickup and drop service.
- To visit various banks/offices to collect/ deposit money/ documents
- To assist in any task related to visa assistance (tasks may include scanning, visa form filling, arranging visa documents, submission of visa documents, and others)
- To perform any other duties as instructed by the supervisor
- To perform all other related responsibilities of a JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – ADMIN
- To strictly adhere to the HR Policy Manuals of the organization
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
- IELTS/ PTE
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coaching Center, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Additional Requirements:
