Responsibilities & Context:
- Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp ও ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে কাস্টমারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা
- কাস্টমারের প্রশ্নের দ্রুত ও ভদ্রভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা এবং কাস্টমারের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করা
- প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা
- অভিযোগ ও রিটার্ন সংক্রান্ত বিষয় হ্যান্ডেল করা
- দৈনিক অর্ডার রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা
- কাস্টমারকে ফলো-আপ করে সেল কনভার্ট করা
- সকাল ৯টা – সন্ধ্যা ৬টা
- সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- HSC
- ন্যূনতম HSC / Bachelor চলমান বা সম্পন্ন
Experience:
- 1 1 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, E-commerce
Additional Requirements:
- Age Age 24 to 28 years
- Only Female
- বাংলা টাইপিংয়ে দক্ষ হতে হবে
- Facebook Page ও Messenger ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
