Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Provide professional counseling support to clients/students
  • Handle inquiries and guide clients regarding services
  • Maintain client communication and follow-up
  • Assist in documentation and file processing
  • Achieve monthly targets and support team goals
  • Maintain a positive and professional customer service experience

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from any reputed university
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience in a similar field will be considered an added advantage

Additional Requirements:  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
  • Experience in the counseling or consultancy field is an advantage
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Probation Salary: BDT 14,000 – 16,000
  • After Probation: BDT 15,000 – 20,000
  • Commission: BDT 20,000 – 50,000 (File Based)
