Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain Documentation, Attendance System, and HR Reporting
- Support Recruitment, Onboarding and employee development
- Lead HR Operations and Office Administration
- Handle employee relations with maturity and professionalism
- Manage day to day Financial Operations and record-keeping
- Process invoice, Payments and expense report
- Handle Payroll and related tax filings
- Coordinate office administration tasks including supplies management scheduling and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor`s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience:
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
Additional Requirements:
- Only Female
- Candidates with educational backgrounds in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related fields will be given preference.
- Candidates with strong relevant work experience may be considered even if they do not fully meet the educational requirements.
- Experience Requirements
- 0–5 years of relevant experience.
