Responsibilities & Context:
Glossy Glow is a rapidly growing beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and personal care e-commerce brand in Bangladesh. We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to strengthen our sales and customer engagement team.
- Contact prospective and existing customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on website inquiries, social media leads, and customer requests.
- Confirm customer orders and ensure accurate order processing.
- Recover abandoned carts and convert potential customers into buyers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer concerns, complaints, and product-related inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Support, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Educational Requirements:
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC, Bachelor`s Degree, or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates from Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Call Center, Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Software Company, Telecommunication
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age At most 35 years
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, Customer Service, Call Center, Customer Support, or Sales. - Experience in E-commerce, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, or Consumer Brands will be highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
- Salary Review after 1 years based on Performance
