Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone calls.
  • Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule counseling appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and student information in the CRM.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth student support.
  • Resolve basic queries and provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
  • Freshers are also encouraged to applyt

Additional Requirements:  

  •  Age 23 to 28 years
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center operations (experience in the education industry is preferred).
