Responsibilities & Context: 

  • অতিথিদের প্রবেশ ও প্রস্থান কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
  • অতিথিদের বিভিন্ন অনুসন্ধানে সহায়তা প্রদান করা।
  • ফ্রন্ট অফিসের সার্বিক কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা।
  • রিসেপশনে পেশাদার অতিথিসেবা নিশ্চিত করা।
  • অতিথিদের অভিযোগ সমাধানের ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা।
  • ফ্রন্ট ডেস্ক কর্মীদের আতিথেয়তা সেবা ও পেশাদার আচরণ বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা।
  • কর্মীদের যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা ও অভিযোগ নিষ্পত্তির সক্ষমতা উন্নয়নে প্রয়োজনীয় দিকনির্দেশনা দেওয়া।
  • অতিথিদের বিশেষ অনুরোধ পূরণে রিজার্ভেশন টিমের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা।
  • অতিথিসেবা নিশ্চিত করতে হাউসকিপিং এবং ফুড অ্যান্ড বেভারেজ বিভাগের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ ও সমন্বয় বজায় রাখা।
  • অতিথিদের মতামত ও পরামর্শ সংগ্রহ করা এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অভিযোগ বা বিষয় ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো।
  • ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী গ্রাহকসেবা-সংক্রান্ত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা

Educational Requirements:  

  • প্রার্থীকে ন্যূনতম উচ্চমাধ্যমিক সার্টিফিকেট (এইচএসসি) বা সমমানের পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে।

Experience:  

  • At least 1 year
