Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other online platforms.
  • Provide professional information and guidance regarding tourist visas, visit visas, air tickets and hotel bookings.
  • Generate new sales opportunities and convert inquiries into successful bookings.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare quotations, travel proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and follow-up status using the company’s CRM or database.
  • Promote the company’s services through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Create and publish engaging social media content, including promotional posts, travel updates, visa information, and campaign advertisements

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Studies (Pass) in Marketing
  • HSC
  • Marketing (Google, Meta/Facebook)
  • Social Media Marketing and Content Creation Training
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Certification
  • Customer Service & Communication Skills
  • Email Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Sales, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Travel & Tourism, or Airline Reservation Systems will be considered an advantage.

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years
