Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Present and explain services clearly and confidently.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.

Educational Requirements:

Experience:  

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
  • Previous telesales or call center experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
