Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Interpret conversations between Japanese, English, and Bangla.
  • Translate official documents, emails, school communications, and immigration-related documents.
  • Communicate with Japanese language schools, universities, and business partners.
  • Assist during meetings, seminars, interviews, and online conferences.
  • Coordinate with Japanese institutions regarding admissions and student matters.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
  • Conduct Japanese Language classes (JLPT N5, N4, N3).
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and mock tests.
  • Evaluate students’ performance and maintain academic progress reports.
  • Prepare students for school interviews, embassy interviews, and Japanese communication.
  • Conduct online and offline classes.
  • Organize Japanese cultural activities, seminars, and workshops.
  • Support curriculum development and continuous improvement.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Training Institutes
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age At least 23 years
  • JLPT N2/N3 (Preferred)Excellent Japanese speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Good command of English and Bangla.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Passionate about teaching and student development.
