Responsibilities & Context: 

Ap.com.bd is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in Bangladesh, specializing in trendy and quality fashion, travel, kids, lifestyle, grooming, and everyday accessories.

We are looking for a smart, energetic, customer-focused, and responsible Facebook Moderator to manage customer interactions across our Facebook Page and Messenger. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, comments, product-related questions, online orders, complaints, and other social media communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s Facebook Page, Messenger, comments, and customer inquiries.
  • Respond promptly to product, price, availability, offer, delivery, and policy-related queries.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Receive, verify, and process orders through Facebook Messenger.
  • Identify potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, prices, offers, and availability.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer and order-related issues.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, orders, complaints, and pending issues.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and Facebook activities.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues or concerns.
  • Follow company policies, customer service standards, and data confidentiality guidelines.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, F-commerce

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 20 to 24 years

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Good typing speed in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Messenger, and basic internet operations.
