Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers. 3. Coordinate new hire orientation and on boarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization. 4. Advise and consult with the Principal and Admin manager to resolve and defuse employee relations issues. 5. Overall responsibility for school-guardian contact. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel files. 7. Monitor & prepare daily attendance of all the employees and keep them ready to provide to the principal. Maintaining all leaves of absence such as casual leave, sick leave, maternity leave and other govt holidays in both register and soft file.
