Oversee the project work of all utility process- Boiler, Generator, Air Compressor, WTP, ETP. Supervision of periodic maintenance and troubleshooting on Hydraulic equipment, Air compressor, Generator, Boiler and Water treatment plant Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure their optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair pumps, compressors, valves, and other mechanical parts. Supervise the operation and maintenance of the WTP, ensuring proper treatment and supply of water throughout the factory. Develop and implement preventive maintenance and repair activities of workshop equipment, machinery, and tools. Supervise the Fire Hydrant line & Supervise the Pump Room Operation. Train and educate employees on mechanical safety protocols and procedures. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement processes to minimize downtime. Supervision of Mechanic, Technicians and all subordinates. Monitoring and supervision of workplace safety issues.ŠAny other task assigned by management from time to time.
