From my Master's in Development Studies at East West University, I gained a well-rounded understanding of development issues, particularly in the Bangladeshi context. The program covered core concepts from economics, sociology, and political science, emphasizing real-world challenges through fieldwork and project-based learning. It prepared me for roles in NGOs, government agencies, and research organizations by providing practical exposure to development work. The faculty had strong expertise in local development research and practice. However, the program had some limitations in terms of international recognition and depth of specialization in specific areas, depending on career goals
