As a Site Engineer at ARMA Real Estate Ltd, I played a pivotal role in the successful completion of a challenging project involving the construction of a double basement building and also have experience in: Earthwork for foundation (excavation, levelling ) and construction of building and foundation. Foundation work: cast in situ pile, pile cap, rebar binding, arranging concrete casting by batching plant. Bracing Works after excavation. Matt Foundation rebar arrangement, rebar binding, leveling & casting. Retaining & Shear Wall rebar arrangement, Rebar binding, leveling & casting. Project scheduling, estimation, work planning, etc. using Excel, PowerPoint as necessary. Modification of architectural plan using AutoCAD. Finishing works including inside & outside plaster, sanitary & plumbing, electrical wiring, Tiles fitting, inside & outside coloring, etc. Progress reports, bill payments, interpreting architectural drawings etc. Checking materials quality, delivery of materials, Checking supplier and other stakeholder bills, orders and payments. Maintaining proper documentation for all procurement, recordkeeping, inspection schedule, quality records, progress reports, supervision, QC reports, field and laboratory tests documents etc. Daily report to ensure construction safety including work on height. Coordinate meetings and communicate with clients, other stakeholders as required.

Overseeing all phases of site management including planning,execution,monitoring and closing of projects. Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget . Coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, team members, and contractors. Managing multiple projects and identify their risks, issues and implementing mitigation strategies. Supervising fair face works. Providing regular updates and reports to line manager.
