Work & Experience
Responsibility: • Planned and executed the shifting workload of MWM TCG 2032(4300KW) and TCG 2020 V16K(1500KW) genset power plant of 5.8MW with maximum energy production with minimum loss of additional cost. • Operating and Maintenance SCADA operated 11/33KV 30 MVA Sub-station, VCB, RTCC panel,110V DCDB Panel, ACDB panel, IDMT relay, Differential relay, TCS relay, TTB relay, etc. • Operation and maintenance diesel generator for auxiliary load. • Work with a team of 10 to maintain 24 hours uninterrupted energy production, schedule maintenance and trouble shooting. • Closed radiator type water cooling system, Closed ventilation air supply system supervision. • Coordinate between power plant and production teams to ensure efficient production.
Responsibility: • Operating and maintenance of MWM TCG 2020 V16K genset power plant. • Troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and mechanical fault in power plant. • Schedule maintenance of genset such as lube oil change, air filter change, spark plug change. • Mixing Dosing Chemical in cooling tower in regular basis. • Cooling tower maintenance, pump, sprinkler head servicing.
