• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly Financial Statements as per IAS ; • Maintain the whole accounting system in accounting software- Tally – ERP etc; • Verification of all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. in the prescribed manner; • Maintaining all VAT related register as per New VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016; • To monitor monthly TDS, VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. exchequer; • Monitoring of treasury and fund management of the company; • Prepare VAT registers, Mushak: 6.1,6.2,6.2.1,6.3, 9.1, and monthly VAT return & submit to VAT authority; • Check all export documents required at different levels Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan, Truck Receipt, Country of Origin; • To prepare monthly sales and purchase, inventory and cash flow statement as per IAS-7 • Recording of L/C related document, work order, Proforma Invoice, Bill of exchange etc.; • Maintain proper banking transaction and prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement; • Sound knowledge about personal and company Tax as per Income Tax Ordinance, 1984; • Maintain relationships with Govt. & Other Regulatory Bodies including RJSC, BIDA, TAX & VAT Authorities, Bank & Other Financial Institutes; • Perform routine accounting jobs like Debit Voucher, Credit Voucher entry, Petty cash handling, General ledger posting; • Implementing export & import processing, export/master & Back to Back L/C, PI etc ; • Preparation of salary statement and distribution of salary; • Conduct regular Audit, unannounced Audit & special Audit assigned by the Management; • To ensure that all procurement policies are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner; • Calculation of maternity allowance, Earn leave, Overtime, Increment as per Labours Act-2006; • Preparation of Financial Statements as per Income Tax Ordinance-1984; • Attending physical inventory counting and report to the management; • Preparation of Tax return, Assessment of Income & Computation of Tax;
