Department: PRAN Engineering Department Responsibilities: * Troubleshooting & maintenance work and responding to breakdown maintenance with technical team * Compressor operation, overhauling (ABC compressor, 2 AF compressor, 6 IR (3 LP+ 3HP) compressor, 12 ELGI LP compressor, 4 Ammonia compressor KC6). * Fire tube boiler (1 Gas Boiler- 5 TPH) & heat recovery boiler (2 TPH & 4.49 TPH) operation & maintenance. * Water Treatment Plant, RO Plant and Effluent Treatment plant operation and observation. * HVAC system operation and maintenance of full factory.(AC, Chiller, Vapor absorption chiller, AHU, Cooling Tower) maintenance and operation activities. * Pipe fitting, ducting, welding, lathe, milling, drilling operation if necessary * Plan & implement daily schedule & preventive maintenance. * Ensure required spare parts locally/ import by SCM. * Daily productivity observation for all machines with target wise. * Beverage machinery, bakery machinery, wafer machinery, candy machinery, Pack Mat machinery, plastic machinery pneumatic and hydraulic system maintenance if necessary. * Supervise and train other operator and assist utility engineer. * In charge of 50 technical person.

Responsibilities: * Operation & maintenance of all the Injection Blow Molding, Preform Injection Mold (HUSKY machine * Straw plant & Blowing machine productivity observation and maintenance * Supervising other operator and technician * Plan & implement daily schedule & preventive maintenance. * To keep records of all parameter in production process * Maintain quality and waste control * Ensuring safe, clean and organized production floor
