As an Operation Manager my duties include event planning & budgeting, hiring and training new staff, ordering supplies and equipment for hotel & restaurant, ensuring high level of guest services, handling customer complaints, health & safety regulations, formulating strategy and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.

Mohonpur Porjoton Ltd. is a popular Resort which is situated over 70 bighas of land on the bank of river Meghna and is called it Mini Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh. Here my major roles are: Scheduling restaurant staff, delegating tasks, hiring, training and managing staff, ordering food , drinks and checking supplies, supervising the preparation, display and delivery of food & drinks with ensuring the prompt and friendly customer service.
