Technically Support for Production, Solve all kinds of Quality issues, Coordination with Merchant, Planning & Quality dept. for approval and supply chain issues and delivery. I have little Idea & storing follow-up Dyeing & Washing, Also Solving High Pressure Situation. Cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage, like rejection, alteration, short shipment, extra hour work. Achieving ability as per SMV system, discusses for reduce Men, Machine, Materials cost.

Responsibility: To monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing & every hour production with day target. Make lay out lay out & give plan in each style to achieve maximum production also distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department. If failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In- charge/Line chief and take necessary action immediately. Report to Factory Manager daily & total production status according to order and style wise.

Responsibility: was Factory Audit, Compliance Issues, Technically Support for any Quality issues, Risk Assessment, Establishes & Developing QA Team for Systematic, Coordination with factory for on time delivery. Supervision Self & Audit 3rd party Final Inspection. Prepare the Q.A team, Ensuring- Master file with fabric inspection, fabrics construction, accessories, trims, print, embroidery, wash, sample, chemical treatment report, etc. & Monitoring pre-production meeting with related departments to ensure well preparation before bulk production. Unannounced visit factory &worked with the factory Production head, Quality head, supervisors and carrying out proper instruction also Make good understanding with manufacturing quality team for buyer's required Quality systems. Accordingly check Machine lay out, line QC processes, End table QC pass, Finishing/Packing area- Iron, QC check, Measurement, Final QC check, Packing Getup QC check, etc. & carrying out proper instruction Advice production floor – how to run the Quality department successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implement in production floor for achieving best quality. To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program With Factory. Reporting to Merchandiser Manager (U.K.) & Director Marketing Dhaka.

Responsibility: Ensure Quality 0f day Production, Fabrics, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing. Also take necessary step for supply Issues & carrying out proper instruction. Day Quality meeting dissection & analysis Quality & production variance and ensure corrective action plan for Quality & Closely monitoring. Ensure commitment to environment, health & safety and good housekeeping & active participation in handling administrative issues of production department, also monitor Quality & operations triggering. Reduce garments defects make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the Quality, production issue accordingly legal standards Worked with the Merchant, Textile, Store, Maintenance, Production, Print, Embroidery, & Washing Department for new development and running crisis situation matter.

Responsibility : Lead the QA team and develop the QA system according to the company's QA manual. Develop the RQS team and make the team more functional and competitive by following customers' instructions and also maintaining sharp tools policy and procedures. Strongly monitoring & maintain Hourly DHU- Cutting Sewing & Finishing. by SMS also Take necessary steps to track and optimize Quality & productivity maintaining high efficiency. Assist and trained all Q.C supervisors, Production supervisor on how to tackle problems whenever they encounter and apply immediate solutions. Give necessary technical solution to solve the difficulties & ensure the quality during bulk production & control number of reject garments. Arrange Pre Final & Final Inspection by GPQ & RQS. Coordinate with buyer`s QA to ensure inspection of garments for on time shipment. Coordinate external audits and assessments, working closely with regulatory bodies and third-party organizations as necessary. Analyze audit findings, Quality, Production detailed reports, and present findings to senior management for review and decision-making. Physically Monitor Sewing Lines Quality Check & If any issues immediate given corrective actions plan. Also reduce garments defects make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the Quality, production issue accordingly legal standards All Report to send Department Head, Director CHO & Respected MD Sir.

Responsible for reporting production & Quality cost, maintenance cost & monthly stock, to top management. Accordingly, every new production makes PP Meeting with all department head-IE, Technician, Production, Merchandisers & Store head. Co-ordination with local buying office and Buying Q.A. team, and run the QA dept. successfully with buyer's quality standard. Responsibility: Establish JC Penney & Walmart Quality SOP for Sample & production area & Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production, Sample, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing. Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance for each departments and processes. Train the newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and give training section wise how to do Assure Quality in production garments.
