Duties/Responsibilities 1. Ensuring product Availability, Visibility & Execution in outlet level. 2. Prepare and implement Sales & Distribution plan (S&D) for ensure sustainable business growth 3. Ensuring product Availability, Visibility & Execution 4. Monitor and train the sales team to ensure a continuous improvement of performance. 5. To develop strategies plan using various marketing techniques to increase product sales. Also, to use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attractions. 6. To act a co-coordinator among all the departments and follow Time and Action Plan on regular basis with a view to ship the goods on time.
