Major Responsibilities: 1. Strongly attended on 12k, 24k, 36k, 48k & 96K schedule maintenance and engine break down maintenance (crankshaft change & engine block change). 2. Main bearing and Big end bearing shell inspection remove & installing properly. 3. Fuel injection pump & Fuel injection valve servicing properly for fuel consumption. 4. Cylinder head, cylinder liner & Piston servicing (with necessary measurement) 5. Main Lube oil pump, LT & HT Water pumps, Charge Air Cooler, LO oil cooler, Hydraulic jacks & pumps, many kinds of centrifugal & positive displacement pumps inspection as well as servicing. 6. HFO & Lube Oil Separators (GEA Westfalia & Alfa Laval) trouble shooting and servicing. 7. Turbocharger (ABB & Napier) manual cleaning, remove and installing. 8. Hot & Cold defection, Cylinder tightness, Peak pressure check in schedule. 9. Start Air & Instrument Air Compressors (Atlas Copco, Hatlapa, Haire, Kaeser) schedule maintenance & trouble shooting. 10. Alternator Coupling alignment check assist. 11. All kind of Steam Safety Valve, Steam Trap & Steam Strainer Servicing. 12. Fuel Control shaft, Governor Change.
