I am currently working as a Sub-Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) and Store Manager at Geo Steel (BD) Ltd, where I am responsible for supporting production operations, mechanical supervision, and inventory management. My key responsibilities include: Monitoring daily production activities and ensuring smooth workflow in the manufacturing process. Supporting mechanical operations, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor technical issues. Maintaining accurate store inventory, preparing material records, and ensuring proper stock control. Coordinating with the production and quality control teams to ensure timely material availability. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel and maintaining documentation. Ensuring safety practices inside the production area and following company operational guidelines. Assisting in equipment handling, welding-related tasks, and providing technical support when required. Maintaining communication with suppliers & internal departments to ensure continuous production support. Through my dedication and technical skills, I contribute to efficient production, reduced downtime, and improved operational performance within the company.
