ফেলোশিপ দেবে হার্ভার্ড বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের র্যাডক্লিফ ইনস্টিটিউট। ফেলোশিপের জন্য বাংলাদেশি শিক্ষার্থীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন। আগামী ১২ সেপ্টেম্বর পর্যন্ত মানবিক, সামাজিক বিজ্ঞান ও ক্রিয়েটিভ আর্টসের প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এ ছাড়া বিজ্ঞান, গণিত ও ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিংয়ে আগ্রহীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন ৩ অক্টোবর পর্যন্ত।
সুযোগ-সুবিধাসমূহ
- ফেলোশিপের আওতায় প্রকল্পব্যয় মেটাতে ৭৮ হাজার ৫০০ ডলার ব্যয় করবে হার্ভার্ডের র্যাডক্লিফ ইনস্টিটিউট;
- র্যাডক্লিফ ইনস্টিটিউটে অফিস, স্টুডিও স্পেসও পাবেন ফেলোরা। ভিজিটিং ফেলো হিসেবে হার্ভার্ডে পূর্ণকালীন কাজের সুযোগসহ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের লাইব্রেরি, আবাসন ও অ্যাথলেটিক সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকে;
- প্রোগ্রাম চলাকালে বিভিন্ন পেশাগত দক্ষতা বিকাশের সুযোগও থাকে এ ফেলোশিপে;
- স্বাস্থ্যবিমার সুবিধা আছে এ ফেলোশিপে;
- ফেলোশিপে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের জে-১ ভিসা দেওয়া হবে;
- শিশুদের জন্য ডে-কেয়ার সুবিধা আছে;
যোগ্যতাসমূহ
- মানবিক ও সামাজিক বিজ্ঞানের প্রার্থীদের ফেলো হিসেবে যুক্ত হওয়ার ন্যূনতম দুই বছর আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রকল্পে ডক্টরেট ডিগ্রি নিতে হবে।
- স্বনামধন্য জার্নালে বা সম্পাদিত কাজের একটি মনোগ্রাফ বা প্রকাশিত নিবন্ধ থাকতে হবে কমপক্ষে দুটি।
- বিজ্ঞান, প্রকৌশল ও গণিতের প্রার্থীদের ফেলো হিসেবে যুক্ত হতে ন্যূনতম দুই বছর আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রকল্পে ডক্টরেট ডিগ্রি নিতে হবে এবং স্বনামধন্য জার্নালে কমপক্ষে পাঁচটি নিবন্ধ প্রকাশিত হতে হবে।
