Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow all orders and prohibitions set by the Manager.
  • Adhere to the company’s dress code and maintain professional manners.
  • Type and prepare contracts in Bangla with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update daily accounts and financial records.
  • Build and maintain a strong customer base to support business growth.
  • Assist in handling client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth company operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
  • Support marketing and sales activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Bangla typing and strong attention to detail.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under supervision and follow company policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
