Key Responsibilities : 

  • Prepare conceptual 2D plans and translate them into 3D visualizations.
  • Execute all types of architectural drawings with precision.
  • Develop detailed 3D models for projects.
  • Perform accurate FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculations according to building codes.
  • Prepare and finalize Rajuk Sheet drawings for approval.
  • Handle comprehensive architectural working drawings and documentation.
  • Produce high-quality architectural renderings using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and prepare architectural plans accordingly.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience:  

  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Additional Requirements:  

  • Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion /D5, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Sound knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK rules, Fire Safety, and accessibility guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Membership of IAB (Member, or Associate) will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Joining Availability: Candidates who can join by February 2026 will be given priority.
