Responsibilities & Context: 

Siraj Tech is expanding its team and is currently looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Executive to join us.

  • Communicate with customers via chat and phone calls
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary support
  • Follow up on orders and maintain strong customer relationships

Educational Requirements:  

  • Diploma in Agriculture
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
  • Diploma /BSc in Agriculture (Mandatory)

Experience:

  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Only Male

Additional Requirements:  

  • Strong and clear communication skills
  • Interest in customer service and ability to handle customers patiently
  • Basic computer and internet proficiency
  • Must be able to type in Bangla

Compensation & Other Benefits

Basic Salary: 15k Total Monthly Income: Approximately 20k – 25k (including commission+ Overtime) Fixed commission structure available Overtime benefits Accommodation facility provided by the company
