Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Handle general accounting activities.
  • Check & process all relevant bills/vouchers.
  • Preparing accounts report.
  • Preparing Balance Sheet.
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Report on monthly basis.
  • Any other accounts related tasks assigned by the management.
  • Expert on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Expert in using software and internet browsing.
  • Previous ERP, data entry, or data analysis experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, NGO, Micro-Credit
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age At most 27 years
  • Must have knowledge of MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint), Equation Typing & Basics of Adobe Illustrator.
