Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and guardians.
  • Provide accurate information regarding study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and visa processes.
  • Follow up with leads generated through social media, website inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule appointments and counseling sessions for student counselors.
  • Maintain and update student information in the CRM/database.
  • Answer customer queries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
  • Guide students regarding required documents and application procedures.
  • Coordinate with counselors and admission teams to ensure smooth student processing.
  • Conduct regular follow-up calls to convert inquiries into applications.
  • Achieve monthly call and lead conversion targets.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
  • Prepare daily call reports and update management on lead status.
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, seminars, and student recruitment activities when required.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Experience:

  • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Immigration/Visa Processing
