The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and aligning customer goals with company objectives. This role will include managing client communication, gathering feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships to support our mission of delivering cutting-edge tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- If you have experience in making videos, you will definitely get more priority.
- Utilize IT expertise to understand and address customer technical requirements and challenges.
- Address client queries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services aligned with client expectations.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to propose improvements in products and services.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on customer interactions and satisfaction metrics.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Manage CRM tools and ensure accurate and updated customer information.
