Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Receive Phone Calls Inbound & Outbound with Daily Targeted Customer Follow Up.
  • Daily Collect Leads From Google, Social Media Platform and Other Sources.
  • Analyze sales trends and sales movements to ensure the development of Information and its implementation. Track information on market conditions, innovation, and opportunities.
  • Identify new Customers demand and develop relationships with prospective clients.
  • Promote and Convince to the Clients Regarding Visa Process Files.
  • Try to Connect & visits clients, Commercial zones for business development.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors` activities, customer feedback & Embassy Related Information.
  • Maintain strong after-sales support and customer relationships.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Report to the Sales Manager/Management with timely updates and forecasts.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Accounting & Information System
  • Masters

Experience:

  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Beauty Parlor/Saloon/Spa, Buying House, Development Agency, IT Enabled Service, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Property Management & Preservation Services

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 18 to 40 years
  • Only Female
  • Looking Good & Smart Voice
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Email, etc.).
  • Proficiency in both Bangla and English.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and Office visits.
  • Being well-mannered means behaving in a polite, respectful, and considerate way toward others, showing good upbringing and social awareness.
