### About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic female Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our modern gym located in Uttara. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.
### Key Responsibilities:
– **Gym Management:** Oversee the daily operations of the gym to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all members. This includes maintaining the cleanliness of the gym, ensuring equipment is in good working order, and managing gym schedules.
– **Data Entry:** Accurately enter customer data and maintain up-to-date records in our gym management system. Attention to detail is a must for this responsibility.
– **Call Management:** Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Provide information about gym services, membership inquiries, and assist with customer issues or complaints.
– **Customer Service Excellence:** Engage with gym members to provide assistance and ensure their gym experience is positive. Address any concerns and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner.
– **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of gym services.
### Ideal Candidate:
– Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
– A proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Basic computer literacy and experience with data entry.
– Previous experience in customer service or related field is highly desirable.
– Must reside in or near Uttara, as proximity is a key factor for this role.
