MedEasy | Customer Support Executive Job Details | Customer Service Job 2025:

Medeasy is looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset to support our healthcare service users efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone and Text.
• Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through proactive engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance Customer satisfaction based on feedback insights

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or Honours completed.
• Proven experience in customer support or service.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Familiarity with online pharmacy operations is a plus.
