Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Middle Section Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching and capable of creating a supportive learning environment for children.
- Conduct classes in English using activity-based and student-centered teaching methods
- Monitor students’ progress and create individual learning support where needed
- Maintain class records, lesson plans, and assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and school management
- Ensure a positive and caring classroom environment
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School
Additional Requirements:
- Only Female
- Experience in activity-based teaching-learning
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Classroom management and student engagement skills
- Patience, empathy, and a gentle approach towards children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in supporting children with special educational needs (preferred but not mandatory)
- Practical exposure to Special Educational Needs (SEN)
