Responsibilities of an Executive-HR often include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, leading talent acquisition and retention efforts, managing employee relations and engagement initiatives, overseeing performance management systems, administering compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
To qualify for an Executive-HR position, candidates typically need a combination of education, experience, and skills. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often required, along with several years of progressively responsible experience in HR management, preferably in leadership roles.
