Responsibilities: 

OtoMatic একটি দ্রুত বিকাশমান POS সফটওয়্যার কোম্পানি, যা দেশের বিভিন্ন নামকরা রেস্টুরেন্ট, সেলুন ও পার্লারে সেবা দিচ্ছে। 

  • ফোন, ইমেইল বা রিমোটের মাধ্যমে ক্লায়েন্ট সাপোর্ট প্রদান 
  • ক্লায়েন্টের লোকেশনে সফটওয়্যার ইনস্টল ও প্রশিক্ষণ 
  • টেকনিক্যাল টিমের সাথে কাজ করে সমস্যা সমাধান 
  • ডকুমেন্টেশন ও ক্লায়েন্ট ফিডব্যাক রেকর্ড রাখা 

Educational Requirements:  

  • কমপক্ষে এইচএসসি পাস 

Additional Requirements: 

  • উইন্ডোজ ইনস্টল ও মাইক্রোসফট অফিসে দক্ষতা 
  • SQL জানলে অগ্রাধিকার
