Furushima (BD) Ltd. is a Bangladesh & Japan Joint Venture Inspection Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot company hardware, including computers, printers, and other office equipment.
- Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of networking systems, including routers, switches, and PABX systems.
- Support and manage CCTV Camera systems, NVR/DVR configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of office systems, software, and applications.
- Monitor and manage system security, data backups, and network infrastructure.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of software tools such as MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Offer technical support to employees for resolving hardware/software issues.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, PABX, NVR/DVR, and CCTV camera systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with common IT issues and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant degree or certifications in IT-related fields (preferred).
