We are currently looking for a Junior Executive – Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to join our growing team.

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, website live chat, and other online platforms.
  • Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain customer records, order updates, and communication history.
  • Provide after-sales support and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Assist in achieving daily and monthly customer service KPIs.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Minimum Graduate.

Experience:

  • At most 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce
    Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Previous experience in customer service, CRM, or a relevant field will be given preference.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
