Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Providing legal advice on each initiative of the company.
  • Preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Providing the company sound legal opinion in respective matters
  • Assist in obtaining licenses, permits, and approvals.
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Support corporate legal documentation and regulatory filings.
  • Handle negotiations and settlement agreements in dispute cases.
  • Advise on legal aspects related to employee matters, including contracts, grievances, and labor law compliance.
  • Perform other legal duties as assigned by management.
  • Stay updated on the latest legal trends, regulations, and industry practices.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Law (LLB)
  • Master of Law (LLM)

Experience:  

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Law Firm

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Strong knowledge of Company Law, Labour Law, corporate law, Industrial Law Consumer Right Act, Trade Mark Act, RJSC, Contract Management.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide clear solutions.
  • Analyze occurrences and merits for taking legal actions.
