Responsibilities & Context: 

A Manager (Operations) candidate is urgently required for an international standard female fitness center in Chattogram. Applications are invited from any female citizen with a hardworking and positive attitude, subject to the following conditions:

  • Special preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the relevant field.
  • Good leadership skills, experience in team management and a good understanding of operational processes, data analysis and problem solving Skills.
  • Members as well as colleagues must always inspire, communicate, and be creative.
  • Must have the ability to adopt new policies when recruiting new members.
  • In addition to being aware of the overall facilities of the Gym, one must be proficient in maintaining maintenance, security, and above all, members satisfaction.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in English.
  • Only Female
  • Must have overall computer and correspondence skills.
  • Candidate’s age is between 26 and 28 years.
  • Special preference will be given to local candidates from Chattogram.
  • The selected skilled candidates will also be provided with higher training in the future.

Compensation & Other Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary 40,000/- (Forty Thousand only).
  • D. A of 200/- (Two Hundred only).
