Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tourism services.
  • Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, partners, and clients.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

Office Work Duties:

  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized.
  • Assist in preparing travel packages, itineraries, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with clients and partners to manage bookings and inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Support the management team in daily operations and special projects.
