Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Manage and maintain customer records within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Monitor customer interactions and update customer information regularly.
  • Execute customer engagement, retention, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
  • Generate CRM reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
