Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage and maintain customer records within the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor customer interactions and update customer information regularly.
- Execute customer engagement, retention, and loyalty campaigns.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
- Generate CRM reports and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

Educational Requirements:

Additional Requirements:

- Familiarity with CRM software and customer database management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
