Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all orders and prohibitions set by the Manager.
- Maintain professionalism, adhere to the company’s dress code, and demonstrate proper workplace etiquette.
- Type and draft contracts in Bangla with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage daily accounts, track financial transactions, and prepare reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure business growth.
- Assist in handling office correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Support sales and marketing efforts when necessary.
- Supervise office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with different departments to improve workflow and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Bangla typing is essential.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software.
- Prior experience in an administrative or managerial role is a plus.
