Job Responsibilities:
1. Open and close the office premises daily.
2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the office.
3. Carry files, products and documents within and outside the office as needed.
4. Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
5. Assist in photocopying, binding, and other clerical tasks.
6. Handle outdoor errands such as going to the post office, bank, or other official places.
7. Support administrative staff as required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education: SSC or equivalent (flexible for experienced candidates).
2. Physically fit, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
3. Basic knowledge of office etiquette.
4. Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.
5. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (May vary based on company policy)
