A Senior Manager-HR & Admin is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions within an organization. The responsibilities of this position typically include developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and staffing processes, overseeing employee relations and performance management, administering employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, managing workplace health and safety initiatives, and overseeing general administrative functions such as facilities management and office operations.
