Responsibilities and Context: 

  • Greet visitors, clients, and customers professionally and manage front-desk inquiries.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and email communications promptly.
  • Maintain visitor logs, scheduling, and appointment management.
  • Operate computer systems efficiently for data entry, documentation, and record management.
  • Prepare and update office files, reports, and digital records.
  • Support administrative tasks, including printing, scanning, photocopying, and correspondence.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist management with daily office operations and communication support.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • BA

Additional Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Front Desk/Reception/Customer Service.
  • Must have good presentation skills, a smart personality, and strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak fluently in both English and Bangla.
  • Must be punctual, responsible, and capable of working in a team.
  • Must be fair-skinned, beautiful, western-styled, and quick/energetic.
  • Age: Maximum 20 to 30 years; applicants above this age should not apply.
