Key Responsibilities: 

1) Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

2) Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and propose suitable properties.

3) Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract potential buyers and investors.

4) Maintain and update client databases & Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.

5)  Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to senior management.

6) Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.

7)  Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.

8) To generate new potential clients and follow up with every prospect from time to time.

9)  Priority will definitely be given to those who have at least a driving license and who ride motorcycles in good condition.

10) Digital & Social Marketing Planner & Any other job assigned by the management.
