  • Aggressive Field Prospecting: Maintain a daily schedule of site visits to developers and consultants.
  • Target Execution: Consistently hit monthly sales volume targets for concrete products, focusing on high-value B2B contracts.
  • Lead Conversion: Leverage existing “ready clients” and industry contacts to bypass initial gatekeepers and secure technical meetings.
  • Technical Reporting: Provide daily digital updates via MS Excel/Word, tracking lead status, site requirements, and competitor pricing.
